Go, listen to Pomplamoose – Mr. Sandman
Since Joanna is having her Semester break, I dragged her out with me to Curve on Tuesday.
We watched Prince of Persia and karaoke-d at Red Box.
- Prince of Persia
Everyone keeps telling me how good it is, and I am not disappointed. Although I prefer art films and documentaries nowadays, I thought this movie, bearing that big promotion title of ‘Disney’s next Pirates of the Caribbean’ was able to deliver to say the least, a B. The script was average (considering it was originally a video game), but with good looking cast, a suitable amount of good battling scenes, understandable storyline/dialogues, fast and compact plot and amazing (expensively built or not) scenes of ancient cities and deserts, it is worth 2 hours spent in the cinema. After so many box office flops that were so promising before screening like Jennifer’s Body, I love Beth Cooper and such, I’d say Prince of Persia is very good.
- Karaoke
If you don’t already know, Red Box is having holiday promotion. Weekdays 1pm to 6pm, flash your student card and you get an awesome rate of RM 8++ Was there to help Jo lose her Karaoke virginity. Because last year, at the car park steps during recess, she promised that she’ll only lose her karaoke virtue under my permission and company. She’s so good with promises! We had such a great time, and I can prove it to you with physical damage, which is, a really scary sore throat, albeit giving me a sexay voice that sounds like a female version of Louis Armstrong :D hahahah
Photos and ciao!
