Mixtape swap!

 
I ♥  mixtapes.
I’m sure I’m not alone when it comes to burning a CD of songs for special moments.
For example, my ‘stress parachute’ mixtape is for head banging with my lights off & my ‘honey mellow’ mixtape is perfect during Sundays while reading a good book and sipping Earl Grey!

Coincidently, I found a blogger *ThisDaisy who shares my passion, and together we’ve decided to host a mixtape swap! This is how it works,

• Compile a playlist with a minimum of 12 songs and burn it into a CD to make your mixtape
  
  
• There’s no theme to the mixtape, be it pop, rock, sad or happy etc.
  
  
• You can send more than 1 mixtape to your partner if you’re feeling generous
  
  
• Include a tracklist of your mixtape, you can write it, print it, make it (creative!)
  
  
• Send it to your partner before 20th of May 2010 via snail mail, air mail; as long as it reaches your partner’s home
  
  
• You can attach anything you want to the mixtape, maybe a short note on the songs you’ve chosen? The sky is the limit!
  
  
• Wait for the arrival of your mixtape from your partner.
  

Yeap, you can bet I’m the one who fidgets and die from suspense & anticipation, aha.

The whole point of this swap,
Is to share with others the music you love. This is an international swap, which means you’ll probably end up making some friends too. In addition, you’ll be receiving in your own hands, a warm and solid piece of love from someone across the world! ♥
