I’m on diet again and I’ve resumed my 2009 menu, which is basically:
Fruits . Vegetables . Beans . Seeds . and Complex Carbohydrate.
The usual stuff I eat, I prepare my own meals as below.
I don’t understand why people grimace when I say I am eating healthy.Healthy food can be delicious too, and they’re nutritious.
Breakfast, normally with a smoothie. A big portion since it helps me eat less for the rest of the day.
Do you know why you’ll get fat if you eat junk food?
Firstly, because junk food has HIGH CALORIFIC VALUE.
Yeah sure, everybody knows that.
Here’s the part you don’t know:
Junk food has no nutrition. What does that mean? It means that you can take in 2000 kcal, and you will still feel hungry. Because junk food is empty food, it has calories and no nutrition. When it goes into your body, the body had a bunch of calories, but no nutrition to support vital living processes, so you’ll still be hungry and you’ll eat more.
Doctor Oz said that. I know, damn scary right? It’s time to dump the chips yo!
