10 tips to berry smooth skin

  1. Good genes from your mama papa.
    - Before you throw that aimed banana at me, know that I am telling half of the truth. The other half of the truth is, everyone can have good skin, so stop telling yourself “I have bad genes”, because there are no ugly or fat girls in this world, just lazy ones.

  2. You are what you eat
    - Crucial. Beautiful skin and super hot body are derived from this simple rule. You cannot achieve it unless you follow a healthy lifestyle. Don’t BS me, you really think you can eat that large fries, pizza and fried chicken without break outs?

    Beauty has a price darling.

  3. Drink water.
    - What you mother always tell you. And it is as important as washing your hands. I drink at least 2.5 liters of water a day.

    Make life easier for you, other reasons why you should drink more water:
    increases your metabolism (burns more fat from your body)
    gives you a clear and focused mind (great when studying)
    your body functions at optimum level (you won’t fall sick easily)

  4. Sleep is crucial.
    - Suck it up boys and girls. ‘Nuff said.

  5. 3 steps to perfection.
    -Washing, toning and moisturizing. Don’t go complicate things kao kao.
    Take note that you have to do all three, the right way!

    Washing – use your fingertips, not your palm. Your palm generates more heat, so using it will give you pimples.

    Don’t scrub nor scratch. Just use your fingers and go around your face in smooth circles. Then leave the bubbles alone so that they can raise the dirt.

    *drying – DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT rub your face! Pat it dry instead. You literally damage all you epithelial tissues when you rub your poor face.

    Moisturizing and toning are equally important. Toning opens your pores, moisturizing keeps it dehydrated. People with oily skin are generally afraid of using moisturizer, I got to say, it’s because your skin is TOO DRY, that’s why the self correcting mechanism is secreting all that oil. Use a less oily moisturizer and that will do.

  6. Don’t touch
    - Your hands my dear, are not always clean, so don’t go kepoh, touch here touch there. You are only pasting more dirt and dust to your face. And once it gets block there, you’ll have acne.

  7. Natural is beauty
    - Don’t use make-up unless you have to. The routine goes like this: you have awful skin, instead of fixing it, you cover it up with make up. Guess what? when the make up comes off, you have lagi teruk skin, and the next time you put EVEN MORE make up. I can imagine your skin ten years down the road.

  8. Mother Nature’s great work!
    - IF you can afford it, use organic stuff, all that chemical isn't skin food! I’ve replaced my moisturizer with good old organic Vaseline. Oh, and I also provided a simple face mask recipe below!

  9. Exercise
    - If you don’t sweat, the toxins won’t come out. That easy.

  10. THE GOLDEN RULE : It’s all about lifestyle!
    - A healthy lifestyle gives you not only great skin but an awesome figure too. Not some miracle water or beauty product. That’s why I say no cigarettes, no excessive alcohol! If you can stick to a healthy diet, get enough exercise, sleep and water, you’ll have gre-eat skin, trust me.

Foot note: A simple face mask.
Peel 1 cucumber, obtain juice. Mix it with 1 egg white.
Voila! Apply on face and when you feel your skin tightening, wash it off.
