Heyah! I’m leaving for Taiwan tomorrow, it’s less than 24 hours to my flight and boy oh boy am I excited! Just to tell you a secret, I had a nervous breakdown yesterday, (I know!) it’s embarrassing! But haha, it’s not because I’m spoilt or I’m dependant and am worried about living on my own. Just that LuLu (my injured left knee) has been naughty, swelling like a balloon, so I just got carried away imagining the worst. I had already sacrificed a lot this whole year due to LuLu, I really don’t want my brand new start to go wrong, that’s forgivable right? Plus, I’m a perfectionist, God knows how much flaws hurts me. But I’m consoled. I have trust that Jesus knows what’s best for me. And if the knee problem continues to be a problem I have to face when I am in Taiwan, I whole heartedly accept this challenge. I want to be totally optimistic.
By the way, Melinda came all the way from Kuala Lumpur to Seremban (taking the old school KTM) to bid goodbye. Now here’s your cue for a big fat ‘awwwwwwwwww’. She insist that she spend the last night with me before I leave (I know we sound like some lover or something) My mummy and daddy brought us out for dinner, and Jane got to meet her too! Tomorrow mummy and daddy are going to bring us for good ‘ol morning Dim Sum before we head to the Airport :D HEH, I like.
(Melinda just said the thought of Dim Sum alone makes her so happy, she wants to close her eyes right now, and it’s tomorrow morning, and it’s Dim Sum in her mouth :O)
(she also just said I make her sound like some stupid beeee-otch!)
Anyway, I’m just glad I got to get everything done before I leave. Settling the responsibilities I have, gather with my uncles from Canada, chan toi geok (meaning enjoying a good meal in Cantonese) with my lovely aunts, spending time with my niece Jane, my sisters, my parents, getting to say goodbye to Mel, and finally pack –.- You have no idea how much wisdom it takes to pack alone. Heh.
In addition, my papa is going to be at the airport tomorrow, it was a total surprise that he’d actually come send me off. (well, the bad side is, who knows I might cry and flood the airport and then they won’t let me board my flight, oh no!) HAHA, sorry, I am just in a good mood. God is so good.
I know I won’t be blogging the first few days in Taiwan, all though I will be visiting Museums and having good food (and probably have a lot to say). But I’ll update as soon as I can. Meanwhile, I’ve auto-published a few post to entertain you while I’m gone, just in case you like me and miss me too much :D
By the way, as to Melinda’s reply to what she wants to tell my readers, she says she forgot to bring her eye make up remover, and is wanting to scratch her (eye) balls out or like nobody’s business. I guess we better leave her alone. Aha.
Adios guys, pray for me kay! :D
